The deal, in plain words.
These terms apply to this website, to the free tools on it, and to the services Meteorix provides: website design and build, AI receptionist setup, Google Business Profile and listings care, follow ups, and the monthly plans described on our Services page.
Every project also gets its own written plan (a short proposal you approve in writing). If the plan and these terms differ, the plan wins.
The free tools, checklists and the free call audit are offered as is, to help you decide what to fix. Calculator results are estimates based on the numbers you enter. The audit reflects what we saw on the day we checked, including one test call made the way a new customer would call.
Using a free tool or receiving an audit never commits you to buying anything.
Prices on this site are starting prices in US dollars and don’t include taxes that may apply. Your exact price, scope and dates are set in your written plan before any work starts, and they don’t change unless you approve a change in writing.
Monthly plans: Essential $99, Growth $199 and Pro $349 a month, including up to 300 AI receptionist call minutes a month on Pro. Extra minutes, if you need them, are billed at cost and agreed in writing first.
No payment is taken on this website. You receive an invoice after you approve your written plan.
After the plan is approved we build on a live preview link you can open at any time. A typical website takes about two weeks once we have your content, photos and logins.
To keep to the dates, we need your content, feedback and access when the plan says. If those arrive late, the dates move by the same amount. Each plan includes rounds of changes during the build; new features beyond the plan are quoted separately before any work on them starts.
Your domain is registered in your name from the start. Once the build is paid in full, the website, its design, its content and the logins are yours to keep, change or move.
Some parts of a site are licensed rather than owned outright, such as fonts, stock images and open source code. We only use material that you are allowed to keep using, and we tell you about any licence that needs renewing.
You keep ownership of everything you give us (your logo, photos, text and customer information). You confirm you have the right to use it, and you let us use it to build and run your project.
We may show finished work in our portfolio only with your permission.
Plans are optional and month to month, with no lock in. Cancel anytime with a message; the plan runs to the end of the month already paid.
If you cancel, or stop working with us for any reason, we hand over everything you need to keep the site and services running: files, logins, and any phone numbers or accounts set up in your name.
The AI receptionist answers in your business name, and it identifies itself as a virtual assistant if anyone asks. It can make mistakes, so urgent calls can be routed to you, and you get a summary of every call to check.
Outbound calls and texts (callbacks, reminders, quote follow ups) go only to people who asked to hear from your business. US rules on calls and texts require that consent, and some states require telling callers when calls are recorded. We set the system up to follow these rules, and you agree to collect and keep the consent your customers give and to use the system lawfully.
We never make cold calls or send marketing to people who didn’t ask for it.
No one controls Google rankings, map results or what AI assistants say about a business. We promise the work in your written plan, done carefully and on the dates agreed, and honest reporting on what it does. We don’t promise a ranking, a position in an AI answer, or a number of calls, leads or sales.
Services we connect to (for example Google, phone carriers, calendar and hosting providers) are run by other companies. We set them up carefully, but we can’t control their outages or changes.
The founding rate ($1,200 instead of $1,500 for a website) is offered to our first 3 clients in exchange for an honest video review after a few weeks of using the site.
Honest means honest: you say what you actually think, good or bad, and we never script it. Wherever we show the video, we disclose that you received a discount, as US endorsement rules require.
We do the work with care and fix our own mistakes at no charge. Beyond that, to the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim connected to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project in the three months before the claim, and neither of us is responsible to the other for indirect losses such as lost profits.
You are responsible for the content you ask us to publish and for how you use the services, including the consent rules above.
Anything you share with us about your business, customers and logins stays private. We use it only to do your project and never share it except with the service providers needed to run it.
You may browse and use this site and its free tools for your own business. Please don’t copy the site’s design or content to present as your own, try to break its security, or send automated or abusive form submissions.
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Changes never alter a written plan you have already approved.
